Office Manager 

Hello my name is Cosie Gonzales. I was born and raised in South Texas, (Pharr), I am the youngest of nine children, six sisters and two brothers. I have lived in Dallas for the past twenty years and have been in the dental fields ever since. I have four lovely dogs, Blue Boy, Baby Girl, Rafcos, and Ronaldo. I love to play racquetball, hiking, baseball, fishing and my favorite sport is baseball. I had the privilege to mentor kids in prison from the ages of eight to seventeen. I love classic movies. My favorites are Cleopatra and The Ten Commandments. My mothers and I favorite quote: Tell me who you hang around with and I will tell you who you are! I graduated from San Antonio Dental assisting school. I have taken extra courses in finance and training in leadership. As a certified financial arrangement specialist I would go over your treatment estimate and provide you with the best financial options available in conjunction with your dental insurance benefits. With my years of dental experience coupled with my outstanding people skills allow me to help patients precede comfortably with their needed dental treatment.



Hello, my name is Mary Kramlich. I help out part time at Davis Dental Services. I work for Baylor Medical Center as a nutritionist for implant patients.  I have been helping out Davis Dental Services since 2000. I have my Masters in Nutrition.


Registered Dental Assistant

Hello, my name is Diana Gonzales, I am a registered dental assistant who was born and raised in Dallas, TX. I currently reside in Irving and have been happily married to my husband Joe for 18 years. We have three girls, Dominique 16, and our twins Jennifer and Emily who are 11 years old. I graduated from Concorde Career Institute dental assistant program in 2006. I have been part of the Davis Dental Service team since then. When I am not in the office, I enjoy going out and doing fun activities with my family, and really love just lounging around. At David Dental Service we make it our job to make sure our patients are comfortable and leave with a smile, hope to see you soon!


Registered Dental Assistant

Hello my name is Karrie Adamick. Born in Dallas, grew up in Desoto and Red Oak. Graduated from Red Oak High School and reside in Red Oak. I received my registered Dental Assistant certification from Dental Replacements Academy.  11 years of experience and have been with Dr. Davis for 8 years. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and boyfriend. Being of Czech descent, I love to cook as do many members of my family. A lazy day will find me lounging out by the pool catching some rays while enjoying a cold beverage. Strangely, I find relaxation by working out with weights and treadmill. When I really need to get outside, I enjoy working in my flowerbeds. When the call of the wild hits me, I really like to rough it camping out of traveling when I get the chance. I love the sandy beach of the Texas coast or the rugged mountains of Colorado where my family spent many summers.


Registered Dental Assistant

Hello my name is Raquel Villarreal and I was born and raised in Dallas, TX. I have been a dental assistant for about 7 years now and a part of Davis Dental Services staff for five years. I love making my patients comfortable and caring for them. I have been married for five years and have a two year old daughter, Gabriella. On my spare time I enjoy shopping and staying busy with my baby girl.


Dental Insurance Manager

Hello, my name is Claudia Martinez and I am the Insurance Coordinator at Davis Dental Services. My duties include verifying insurance and following up with claims. I graduated from High Tech Institute with a diploma in medical billing and coding. I have over four years of experience in the dental field. I currently live in Irving with my husband and our two beautiful children. I have a six year old boy, Carlos Jr. who loves to play baseball and a 9 month old girl, Jackie, who is learning how to crawl and walk. On my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family such as watching baseball games, cartoons, and also going shopping for my little princess. I enjoy coming to work every day because my co-workers are very friendly and caring for each other and patients.


Appointment Manager 

Hi, Iím Mary and I am the appointment manager for Davis Dental Service. I have been in the dental field for over 20 years. I am cross trained to work for the front office as well as a in the back as a dental assistant. I had worked with Dr. Davis before but recently came back in July 2014. I hope to meet you soon!


Recall Manager 

Hello, my name is Alma! Iíve been working at Davis Dental Service as the recall appointment coordinator for over a year. I have over 10 years of experience in the dental field and I am also a certified dental assistant. I have 2 handsome sons and I just recently became a grandmother to a joyful baby boy. When I am not at work I enjoy spending my time with my family, watching soccer games, football games and baseball games. We pretty much love all sports in general. Our favorite teams are the Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers, Dallas Mavericks and of course the Dallas Cowboys! I am very friendly and I smile all the time because I love my job and my patients. Hi, my name is Tammy and Iíve been with Dr. Davis for a little over a year as a hygienist. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 27 years and we have two grown sons. The youngest is still in college and attends the University of Texas at Austin. When Iím not working I enjoy spending time with my family, running and spending as much time doing outdoor activities as possible. Iíve been a hygienist for 8 years and look forward to helping you maintain your dental health.



My name is Krystel. I was born and raised in Venezuela and moved to the United States after I graduated from high school. I graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry and have been a dental hygienist for the past six years and a half. I enjoyed my job very much because everyday I get to help and educate my patients about their oral health and the different ways they can improve and maintain it. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and I like the challenge of giving my patients the best oral care they need so they can have better oral health and confidence in their smile. When I'm not working, I like to spend time with my family and friends, watch sports, and practice martial arts.
